English pages are preferred, then German pages, then other languages, but this is no strict rule. Generally, the order of the weblinks does not express any preference. If possible each page is listed only once. PDF are less preferred, you will rather find them on the Download Center page. There is no warranty for the goodness of contents and quality of the pages behind the external weblinks. No one has the right to be listed or to be listed in a certain way; every weblink can be excluded without further comments. Consider also the Legal Notice page.

History

Weblink Collection's Growth:
03/2000: >80 weblinks.
07/2003: >150 weblinks.
12/2004: 194 weblinks.
08/2005: 246 weblinks.
02/2006: 251 weblinks.
10/2011: 221 weblinks. 59 webpages gone. New design. New gone webpages log.
09/2018: 205 weblinks. 72 webpages gone. 56 added. Total sum of all deleted so far: 133.

The reason, why so many weblinks have gone between 2006 and 2011 is, that many free webspace providers like Geocities or German Telekom closed their webspaces. Another reason why there are significantly lesser pages on Atlantis now, could be, that in the meantime powerful internet portals on Atlantis became popular, so the impulse to create a page on a personally preferred hypothesis decreased.

The reason, why the number of pages is continuously decreasing until 2018, may be the popularity of facebook. Everybody has a page there, so additional pages outside the facebook world become more and more outfashioned, at the moment.
